Game Description: “Cowboy Catch Up” is a fast-paced, strategy-based board game for 2-4 players. Players take on the role of cowboys racing to catch up to a runaway stagecoach, collecting valuable items and resources along the way. The game combines elements of racing, resource management, and social deduction to create a thrilling and unpredictable experience.

How to Play:

Each player chooses a cowboy token and places it at the starting line.
The stagecoach token is placed at the far end of the board.
On each player’s turn, they can move their cowboy token one or two spaces, depending on the number of resources (horses and water) they have.
Players can collect resources by landing on specific spaces on the board or by trading with other players.
The first player to reach the stagecoach token can “catch up” to it and claim a valuable item or resource.
The game ends when all players have caught up to the stagecoach or when the stagecoach reaches the end of the board.
The player with the most valuable items and resources wins the game.

16 resource cards (8 horses, 8 water)
12 item cards (4 saddles, 4 ropes, 4 bandanas)

Setup:

Place the game board in the middle of the playing area.
Shuffle the resource cards and deal 2 to each player.
Place the stagecoach token at the far end of the board.
Each player chooses a cowboy token and places it at the starting line.
Determine who goes first by having each player roll a die. The player with the highest number goes first.

Gameplay:

On each player’s turn, they can move their cowboy token one or two spaces.
If a player lands on a space with a resource icon, they can pick up the corresponding resource card.
